I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Sale items
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way please let me know. Refunds or exchanges will be issued on a per case basis. Shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds will be issued with the payment form used for purchase. Buyer pays for postage of returned items.
Paypal, Credit card (You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. You can use a credit card).
Jewelry items are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance and are shipped within 2 days of purchase unless it is a custom order. Custom orders will ship upon completion of piece.

I have listed and described all merchandise to the best of my knowledge using information provided to me by my suppliers.
I try to ship within the next day or so after payment is received and cleared unless the item is special order. I am not responsible for delays in shipping caused by postal services or carriers.
