Beginnning/Intermediate Jewelry Making Classes
New students will learn the basics of forming and joining to transform
their ideas into wearable art. For those with previous experience, join
the class with projects already in progress, as well as concepts for new
works of art. Techniques included will be piercing, forming, basic construction,
filing, soldering, stone setting and finishing. Students will combine
these steps to create several pieces that are uniquely their own.These

Beginners Wire and Bead Jewelry Class This course is designed to introduce
the beginner to the use of jewelry making hand tools. Learn to make beautiful
wearable art from metal, wire and beads in this 4 week course. Students
will complete a specific project each week while learning the basics of
beginner jewelry making. Projects will include the basics of bead stringing,
adding texture to metal, making head pins, shaping wire, using crimp beads,
etc. Students are free to bring their own beads to class to incorporate
into their projects if they wish. All materials and supplies will be provided.
Just bring yourself! No prior jewelry making experience is necessary!

8 week course is designed to introduce the beginner to the art of metal
jewelry making. Students will complete specific projects while adding their
own flare and learning the basics of working with metal. Projects will include
sawing, piercing, sanding, filing, drilling, adding texture, cold connections,
forming, etc. All materials and supplies will be provided. Just bring yourself!
No prior jewelry making experience is necessary! These classes are held

Precious Metal Clay (PMC) Workshop
Learn about PMC without having to make a huge investment. Precious Metal
Clay is a clay-like material that when fired in the kiln turns to pure silver.
Experiment with this material while using the instructor's tools and techniques.
Learn
ways to incorporate this incredible jewelry material into your own designs.
Finished work can
be picked up or sent to you after firing. Class cost covers 1 package
of PMC, use of all tools and firing of completed pieces. No prior jewelry
making experience is necessary! This

The Art of Spirals Workshop Learn
how a few simple tools can be used to create your own unique jewelry in
this wire working workshop. You will learn how to make a variety of links
to create your own necklaces, earrings, bracelets and pendants. Students
are welcome to bring any materials (beads, charms, etc.) they wish to incorporate
into their finished pieces of jewelry. No
prior jewelry making experience is necessary!

Beaded Cuff Bracelet Workshop

Corrugated Metal Workshop Make a variety of textured
shapes that you can combine with beads to create your own pair of earrings
or pendant. Students can use either copper or sterling silver. You will
learn how to add texture to the metal, add a patina to silver, add beads
and ear wires to make earrings or a jump ring to make a pendant. You will
leave this workshop with multiple pieces that you can keep or give as
gifts. No prior jewelry making experience is necessary! This workshop

Stamped Cuff Bracelet Workshop Learn to make your own
personalized sterling silver cuff bracelet to keep or give as a gift.
Learn cutting, stamping, shaping, filing, finishing and oxidizing. Please
bring a household hammer with you to this workshop. Everything else will
be supplied for you. Time willing, you will leave with 2 completed bracelets.
